About Us

PawEase exists for one reason: dog gear shouldn't be complicated. We stock the practical stuff — beds, feeding and water gear, crates and carriers, harnesses and leashes, grooming tools, steps and ramps, toys, cleanup supplies, and travel gear — chosen for everyday usefulness rather than hype.

Most pet stores either push the flashiest, most photogenic gear or the cheapest thing that ships fastest. We built PawEase around a simpler idea: a product earns a spot on the shelf because it holds up for daily use, not because it performs well in a 15-second video. That means more time spent picking what we carry, and less spent dressing it up.

We're a small, independent operation based in Portugal, with every order fulfilled through our US warehouse network — real people are behind support@pawease.us if something isn't right.

How we choose what we carry

We don't list everything a supplier offers. Before a product goes on the site, we ask a simple question: would this actually earn a place in our own home? That rules out a lot of the gimmicky, one-use gear that shows up everywhere else — and it's why our catalog is smaller than most.

Where your order comes from

Every order ships free from our US warehouse network, typically arriving within 3–8 business days. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page. If anything doesn't work out, our Refund Policy covers a straightforward 30-day return window.

What we care about

• Practical over trendy. We'd rather sell a dog bed that holds up for years than one that photographs well and falls apart in a month.
• Straight answers. If a product doesn't fit your situation, we'd rather tell you than make the sale.
• Easy to deal with. Free shipping, a real return window, and no runaround if something's wrong with your order.
