Shipping

Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days within the US. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships (allow up to 24 hours for it to update).

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is a flat $5.99. Orders of $50 or more ship free.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?
Email support@pawease.us and we'll send return instructions and the correct return address. Please don't send items back before requesting a return — we can't accept those.

When do I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Inspect your order when it arrives and email us right away at support@pawease.us so we can make it right.

What can't be returned?
Sale items and gift cards aren't eligible for return. A few product categories (like personal care items) also have exceptions — contact us if you're unsure about a specific item.

Sizing

How do I know what size to get?
Sizing varies by product — a harness, a crate, and a dog bed are all measured differently. Check the size options and description on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us at support@pawease.us with your dog's measurements and we'll help you pick.
